Travel Lock Mode (Cordless Models)
Due to courier requirements, the first wave of cordless products is being shipped with Travel Lock enabled.
This applies to:
- Die Cast Max Cordless
- Die Cast Compact
(Doxy Go does not ship with Travel Lock enabled)
Travel Lock has been activated to prevent accidental activation during transit and to comply with carrier shipping guidelines.
A few important points:
- Travel Lock is explained on the FIRST PAGE of the instruction manual
- There is currently no Travel Lock sticker on the product itself
- As a result, some customers may believe their product is faulty when it is simply locked
To unlock the device, press and hold the Minus (-) and Power (ø) buttons together for ~3 seconds.
