Refund policy
To maintain the highest standards of health and hygiene, we do not accept returns based on satisfaction. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for any item that poses a potential health risk or may have come into contact with bodily fluids (including saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once an item leaves our facility, it is considered used and cannot be resold.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

Dildos, vibrators, and similar insertable toys

Lingerie and intimate apparel

Enema kits

Items designed to pierce the skin

Products intended for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion

Harness and dildo sets
We also do not accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, soiled, or washed.
If your item qualifies for return (i.e., it is not used, not intimate in nature, and still in its original, unopened packaging), it must be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your items. While you may return eligible items by mail if you are not in the area, the preferred method is in-store return.
If you return an item to one of our retail locations, you must bring the receipt from the website as proof of purchase. In-store returns will be issued as store credit for the original purchase price. No cash refunds will be given.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges for defective items are available within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue when reaching out.
